For customers on subscription plans, roaming add-ons are activated upon first registration in the roaming network which they are valid for. The add-ons must be activated within 30 days from their purchase otherwise they are lost. For customers on prepaid plans, the add-ons are activated and their validity begins to expire upon purchase.
