Postpaid plan Prepaid plan

For customers on a subscription plan:
A) Daily add-on
• You can activate the add-on at any time, even while in Bulgaria – without preliminary charging.
• The add-on is charged and its validity starts to expire upon first registration in roaming network in UK zone.
• The daily add-on is automatically renewed every 24 hours as long as you are in the zone.
B) Weekly add-on
• You will be charged for the add-on, when you request it.
• The add-on must be activated within 30 days from the purchase.
• The weekly add-on does not renew automatically. Once it expires, you will be automatically charged on standard roaming prices or you can purchase a new add-on.
For customers on a prepaid plan:
• The add-ons are valid for 24 hours, without automatic renewal.
• The add-ons are activated and their validity starts to expire upon purchase.
