According to the requirements of European regulations, Yettel provides a protective mechanism to avoid high bills while using mobile internet abroad.

The limit is worth BGN 117.35 / EUR 60 including VAT for the reporting period.

In case of non-compliance with the conditions of the policy for the fair use of roaming in the EU Zone with regard to a specific service, Yettel has the right to apply roaming charges for this service according to Art. 76e, b.z of the General Terms and Conditions. Upon receipt of the notification under Article 76e, b.g of the General Terms and Conditions, the subscriber has the right to present evidence that he does not use roaming for purposes other than periodic electronic travel, verbally or in writing.

Prices are per minute/MB/SMS/MMS. Outgoing and incoming call rates apply to voice, video and fax calls. Principle of initial/subsequent charging of roaming calls (in seconds): Outgoing calls within the EU Zone to the EU Zone – 30/1; Outgoing calls within the EU Zone to Countries outside the EU Zone and value-added numbers – 60/60; and for incoming calls within the EU Zone - 1/1.
